Microsoft Expression Web was to be the replacement for FrontPage (discontinued in 2014), however Microsoft decided to discontinue Expression, and mainstream support ended in 2015. Then open Developer Tools tab and click Visual Studio’s customize link, you can then select Microsoft Web Matrix Beta to install. Expression has been discontinued by Microsoft. Once Web PI 3 Beta installed, it will automatically started (if it’s not you can also run it from IIS).
